With decades of management and content experience, Brad has identified, developed, directed, and managed our most successful talent.

He has been a significant influence on the careers of Australia’s finest talent, past and present — including Amanda Keller, Wendy Harmer,
Mick Molloy,  Andrew Denton, Jamie Dunn, Tony Martin, Robin Bailey, and many others.

Brad currently manages the careers of Toni Lodge, Ryan Jon (Toni and Ryan Podcast), Abby Coleman (SCA), and Laura O’Callaghan (SCA).

He previously managed Jackie O’Henderson (2016–2022), Ben and Liam (2016–2024), Matt Tilley (2019–2024), Jack Post (2021–2024)
and The Chaser (2017–2022).

Before forming Marchmedia in 2016, Brad's roles included Group Managing Director and Group Program Director at Austereo (SCA), as well as Group Content Consultant at the Australian Radio Network (ARN).

He led the Austereo network to long-term market dominance through a combination of radical creativity, strategic thinking, research, and a particular focus on talent.
